Because every item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@wearsubrosa.com with photos, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
